ADFIAP: A Look Back at 2016
“@the forefront of sustainability” was the theme of ADFIAP’s Sustainability Report 2015. The report bannered what ADFIAP members have done/are doing in helping contribute to the fulfillment of the U.N.-backed 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
“Financing sustainable development” has been ADFIAP’s guiding motto since 2004 as a result of the Board’s strategic planning meeting in Almaty, Kazakhstan. This tagline is also permanently etched in ADFIAP’s logo.
So, 2016, as this year-end report would highlight, was also another remarkable year as ADFIAP and its members continue to do their part in advancig sustainable development in their respective countries and in the Asia-Pacific region.
The first part of this report showcases a sampling of ADFIAP members’ achievements on SMEs, financial inclusion, environment, social responsibility, technology, human capital, infrastructure, governance and local development.
The second part features the Association’s work and advocacies, categorized into 4P’s: Programs, Partnerships, Participation and Progress.
